You must inspect any firearm carefully before accepting transfer from your receiving FFL.
Once a firearm is transferred to you, or accepted by the receiving FFL on your behalf, it cannot be returned to GunWise.com. Any manufacturer defect, warranty claim, repair issue, missing accessory issue, cosmetic concern, compatibility issue, or post-transfer concern must be handled directly with the manufacturer unless GunWise.com expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
GunWise.com is not responsible for transfer fees, gunsmithing fees, shipping fees, manufacturer delays, warranty decisions, or post-transfer claims relating to cosmetic condition, manufacturer defects, warranty service, missing parts, accessories, or compatibility.
