The sophisticated alloy composition of this steel creates an exceptionally high volume of small, ultra-hard vanadium carbides. Optimized with a special heat-treating protocol created by custom knifemaker Shawn Houston, the result is a blade that offers breathtaking cutting performance and edge retention. This knife's full-flat-ground blade takes full advantage of these properties and proudly features Shawn Houston's Triple B logo laser engraved on the reverse side. It is housed in a linerless handle featuring brown peel-ply-textured G-10 scales, a high-strength back lock mechanism, a stainless steel backspacer, and a fully configurable four-position pocket clip.
