The Barnes VOR-TX 28 Nosler features a newly engineered TSX bullet, purpose-built from the ground up to optimize performance in this specific cartridge. While many users may expect a tipped projectile, Barnes selected a non-tipped TSX design to achieve maximum bullet weight while ensuring reliable stabilization in the SAAMI-standard 1:9 twist rate a critical consideration for long-range accuracy.
